Thank you for shopping at Nutriworld.eu. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received it (EU consumer protection law).

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Supplements, powders, capsules, or consumables that have been opened or used cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To start a return, email support@nutriworld.eu with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

2. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Please use a trackable shipping service.
• Nutriworld.eu is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

Notes:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your order included a promotional item (e.g., free shaker or gift), it must also be returned unused; otherwise its value may be deducted from the refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nutriworld.eu and include clear photos plus your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Exceptions

• Opened or used supplement containers
• Items purchased on sale or with discount codes (unless defective)
• Custom or private-label products
