SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before 17:00 are shipped the same day (Monday–Friday).

Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1 working day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before completing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number to follow your delivery.

We ship to multiple European countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

RETURN POLICY


Returns are accepted within 14 days. Only unopened and undamaged products are eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
